You are invited to join us at 1Raw Yoga Studio on Sunday, July 23rd for a Sacred Hapé and Cacao Circle & Community Gathering. This is an opportunity to learn more about these plant ally's, and the invitation to collectively circle up to call in healing, connection and guidance.
We will be gathering together to return to the basics of life, to let go of the need to know it all, or the need for perfection, and to return to the bliss of simplicity. This life is to be enjoyed, and is to be lived and loved and filled with adventure. This life is more beautiful when we share it with each other, when we give our selves the space to connect with ourselves and others, letting go of expectations, and diving deep into the gratitude that resides in our hearts.
You do not need your own Hapé or tools to participate. Kuripes, a variety of Hapé and Direct-Trade Guatemalan Cacao will be offered as part of of the collective circle. You do not need to know what either of these gifts are, either. Just come as you are, with an open heart & mind, as we create a safe space for us to gather. This is a co-ed gathering.
