DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We are a small organization, dedicated to bringing you the most beautiful, most potent of heart-opening medicines, to bring you back to your truth, your joy, your peace and your magnificence. Since we are a small organization, everything is done in-house. Once you place an order with us, your order with be packed and dropped off at the shipping carrier within 24 hours.
Please note that any packages arriving late or delayed is due to the shipping courier, and is totally out of our control, and for this reason, we do not offer refunds on shipping, or refunds on products arriving late. If you selected express 2-day shipping and your package didn't arrive in 2 days (which it wont), please read the FAQ below to understand what 2-day shipping actually means to avoid frustration.
We do ship internationally, but please note that international orders, outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes upon arrival. This is not something we are in control of unfortunately. Each country and province has their own unique regulations and fees that we cannot control, so please be aware that if you do order from us outside of the United States, that there may be custom, duty, tax or brokerage fees involved.
If you are ordering within the United States, you will notice a few options for shipping at checkout. We use USPS as well as UPS for our shipping options. Please select the best option that suites your needs. If you have selected “free shipping”, we will select USPS Ground Advantage which will provide you with a tracking number.
Once we process your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been processed. It will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Please remember to leave your email at checkout if you’d like to receive the tracking number.
If you have selected 2-day shipping with USPS, please understand that your package will not arrive in 2 days. 2 day shipping means that it will take 2 full business days to ship, and on the 3rd day, most likely, a full 3rd day, your package will eventually arrive.
Keep in mind that shipping days are business days. If you place your order on a Wednesday or Thursday with 2-day shipping, hoping your package will arrive by Friday, it will likely arrive on Monday, as it will require Thursday and Friday (2 full business days) to travel, and the 3rd business day being Monday, to deliver. USPS does not work on the weekend, so please keep this in mind. I am not in control of the shipping times, although I wish I could hand-deliver your item in a single-day!
I can only control the speed at which I get your order packaged and dropped-off, and that is always done within 24 hours of your order. Everything from then on is out of my control.
With that said, we do not offer refunds for late shipment. This is something you can resolve with the courier (UPS. USPS etc), however since the shipment is out of our control, we cannot offer refunds for late arrivals of packages.
We are happy to offer international shipping, via UPS or USPS, depending on which courier you have selected at checkout. Both options will include global tracking so you can monitor your package shipping to you. Please note that shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the the purchaser. We, at this time, cannot collect the duties and taxes at checkout, however as we grow, we may have more of an opportunity to tap into supplying you with the ability to collect and know these charges upfront at checkout.

FAQ
Your order is always processed within 24hours, which means it will be packed and shipped within that time frame. The time it takes to get to you will depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. Remember to put your email address so you can get notified when your package has been shipped, and you can continue tracking your package as it makes its way to you.
Please keep in mind that we are not Amazon Prime. And by “we”, I really mean “me”. I am not Amazon Prime. I am one person with a deep connection to this medicine on the other side of your order, that hand bottles your Hapé for your order. I don’t stock ready bottled Hapé in a warehouse with a team of individuals who have no connection to this medicine to take care of your order. I take care of every single order myself. I bottle, I package and I drop your order off at USPS or UPS within 24 hours.
Please note… once your package is dropped off with the shipping carrier, the rest of the process is on them, and not on me. I’m not USPS, and I’m not UPS, so if your package arrives late, I can completely empathize with you, however, please keep in mind, that this is not my fault, and I have nothing to do with the process once I release your package to them.

Any orders that may be lost, delayed or say they have been delivered but didn't deliver are a postal system issue, as the shipping is out of our hands once it leaves our studio. A claim must be filed by you, the customer with the courier, be it USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Everything we ship is shipped with insurance and tracking, unless you have specifically selected otherwise.
We will not issue a replacement or refund on any lost, delayed or missing packages as this is out of our control. Funds must be retrieved by filing a claim with the shipping courier as they are responsible for any lost or missing packages. We are more than happy to help and work with you in these unfortunate circumstances, so email us if this does happen.
RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products and protection of these sacred medicines for all of our customers. We do this to protect you, and to make sure that when you order from us, that you are getting a freshly bottled Hapé and an untouched kuripe. We would hate for anyone to receive a bottle of Hapé that may have been opened, tampered with and returned by a previous customer. Our goal is to provide high quality products that are safe, and that are bottled for each individual order.However if your kuripe or Hapé has arrived to you broken, take a photo of the damage and let us know. We are happy to replace anything that may have broken during shipping. An email with a photo must be sent to us within a day of receiving your order to be able to be eligible for a replacement.
