Shipping policy

Order processing times
Orders are processed within 24 hours, with the exception of the weekend. Any orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the following day. If an order is placed after 2pm EST on a Friday, the order will be processed on the following Monday. Any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed on Monday morning.

Domestic and international shipping options
Domestic shipping includes anywhere in the United States of America. We offer shipping through USPS and UPS for our domestic shipping options. We offer shipping internationally through USPS, UPS and FedEx. Please select a preferred shipping method at checkout to suit your preference.

Shipping costs
Sacred Flow Studios offers free shipping in the United States of America for orders over $99. We use USPS ground shipping as our courier for these orders unless the customer chooses a different method of shipment. All of our shipping costs are broken down at checkout, and are the fees charged by the shipping courier.

All orders are accompanied by a tracking number and will be emailed to the address you leave at checkout. 

Please note that shipments outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees, duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the the purchaser. We, at this time, cannot collect the duties and taxes at checkout, however as we grow, we may have more of an opportunity to tap into supplying you with the ability to collect and know these charges upfront at checkout.

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you, the customer, in order for your package to clear customs. Each country and province has their own unique regulations and fees that we cannot control, so please be aware that if you do order from us outside of the United States, that there may be customs, duty, tax or brokerage fees involved.

Local delivery options
We do not offer local delivery options or pick-ups at this time.

Potential service interruptions
Please note that during the holidays, orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Once a package is dropped off with a courier, it's out of our hands, and we are not responsible for the time it takes for the package to arrive. We do the best we can do drop off within 24 hours, but that is the extent of our control.
