What is Hapé?
Rapeh/Hapé is a general term used by indigenous tribes to refer to a shamanic “snuff,” a natural plant medicine which is used as a spiritual healing tool. It is comprised of Mapacho (Nicotiana Rustica) and other plant medicines. It's a beautiful spiritual medicine used to heal us physically, spiritually and emotionally. It assists us in getting out of our heads and into our hearts. Hapé is either self-administered or administered by a medicine carrier or practitioner. The effects are experienced rapidly through administration up each nostril.
Every blend of hapé has different qualities, but in general hapé helps to sharpen the mind, clears energy blockages, aligns and opens the chakras and opens our third eye chakra, and allows healing and processing of emotions, grief, anxiety and depression. Hapé provides very calming effects, and a deep meditation process that can aid us in our spiritual awakening and our connection to our spirit guides. What do I need?
To get started on your journey with Hapé, you'll need a kuripe and Hapé. A kuripe is a "v" shaped, self-applicator which allows you to administer the Hapé to yourself, so this is imperative.
You can either purchase a kuripe and individual blends of Hapé or Variety Kits of your liking to get started, OR...

What is the difference between "Traditional Hapé" & "Sublingual Hapé"?
As you can see by the videos above, that the two different types of Hapé we carry are slightly different. You may be wondering what the difference is between Traditional Hapé, administered with a kuripe, and Sublingual Hapé which is taken underneath the tongue.
Traditional Hapé
Sacred Flow offers both options, tailored to each individuals needs. We have a huge variety of Traditional Hapé blends which are administered with a kuripe in each nostril. It's traditional in the sense of application.
Sublingual Hapé
Sublingual Hapé is created by Sacred Flow, and it gives you the opportunity to sit and connect with the spirit of Hapé without having to administer it up your nostril. Instead it is taken underneath the tongue. This experience is much milder, but just as effective in it's calming, and connecting abilities.
If the idea of Traditional Hapé intimidates you, or your sinuses are giving you issues, or you just want to experience Hapé in a different capacity, Sublingual Hapé is a great alternative.
