This hapé is on the stronger medium side. Alegria brings a clearing of the mind, and removes thoughts and thinking patterns that may be getting in the way of clarity. It cleans the slate and provides stillness which in turn brings calm to the mind.

It is a refreshing hapé, and is great for meditation practices. It is a third eye opener, and brings us back to balance when thoughts become to chaotic and our inner voice has taken over.
