Who is this course for:
This course is created for 2 types of individuals.
The 1st: If you are new to Hapé, and you've never self administered before, this is the course for you. Whether you have received Hapé before from someone else or you haven't, and you're starting from complete scratch, this is for you.
The 2nd: If you have been working with Hapé for some time now, but you'd like to deepen your understanding and your relationship with this medicine because you were never really "formally" trained, this course will teach you everything you've ever wondered about this medicine and how to really form a deeper connection with it.

Into The Modules:
1. What is Hapé?
We talk about what Hapé is, what it is made from, who makes it, and a little bit about the history of this medicine. We introduce the two tools utilized to administer Hapé, and how Hapé is actually absorbed into the body.
2. The Difference Between Hapés
In this module, we discuss the overarching energy of Hapé and the 2 "major archana" energies of Hapé. We also discuss the nuances of the many varieties and how every ingredient and intention influences the outcome and will allow you to understand what blend you may need in certain circumstances.
3. The Benefits of Hapé
In this module we cover the general benefits that Hapé assists us with. We talk about "Panema", and understand the history of belief of this medicine from the Indigenous Tribes that have been utilizing it for thousands of year.
4. When to Sit With Hapé
There are different ways we can work with Hapé, and the different approaches needs to be something that makes sense to you. Experiencing Hapé during different times of the day makes for a different experience, as well as sitting with it ritually or only when you feel called to.
5. The Full Range of Benefits
There are situations in which Hapé can help with, and challenges that Hapé can help you move through. We discuss the wide range of circumstances and benefits of this medicine.
6. Understanding Trapped Emotions
In this video we discuss and dive deep into understanding trapped emotions, how they happen, and how Hapé helps to release these blockages. Hapé is a tool that allows us not only to unblock stuck energy and emotions, but a tool that helps us go within, to tap in to ourselves, connects us back to our hearts and our authenticity.
7. Creating Sacred Space
Creating sacred space is important when sitting with Hapé or any other plant medicine. Your set and your setting contributes to your experience, and your ability to process your journey with the medicine. We talk about how to properly set your space up to sit with Hapé so that you're able to cultivate a special connection to this medicine, and feel safe and nurtured doing so.
8. Breath/Blow Techniques
There are different blowing techniques of administering Hapé, and learning the different styles are almost as powerful as the Hapé you choose to sit with for a session. Learning how to properly blow Hapé is important in order to have a good experience, and learning the 3 most common blowing styles will give you options for different situations, as each style is designed for different emotional states.
9. Intentions & Prayers
To sit with Hapé in a ceremonious manner, we must always have an intention, a reason as to why we are sitting with this medicine, and what it is that we are asking for. We cover the basics of what an intention looks like and the importance of giving gratitude, asking for permission and thanking those involved in creating the medicine.
10. Physical Reactions
Let's talk about what to expect physically when sitting with Hapé. This is important to know so that you are aware of all the physical sensations and experiences that may happen during your Hapé session, and how to manage them.
11. Do's and Don'ts
These do's and don'ts will ensure that you have and create a good relationship with Hapé and have a powerful and safe experience with each sitting. These suggestions will not only make sure you have a good experience with this medicine, but will also build reverence and allow your work with this medicine to deepen.
12. What to Expect
In this video we discuss what you can expect to feel when sitting from Hapé so you have an idea what the experience encompasses. We talk about the emotional and spiritual aspects, to discussing how long a Hapé session typically lasts, and how long it will affect you afterwards.
13. The Ritual of The Ceremony
We are finally ready to dive in to the ritual of the ceremony! We will learn each aspect of the ceremony from what the correct dose is, to creating the intentions, the blessings, and each ritual that is involved in creating a very sacred, very beautiful sitting with Hapé. This is a run through of ceremony, and in the next module we will sit together in ceremony.
14. The Hapé Ceremony
Together we will sit in ceremony with Hapé. This will be in real time, and there is music in this video to support your experience. I will guide you every step of the way. Have a blessed ceremony.
15. The Overview
We provide you with a PDF with most of the important steps we've gone through so you don't have to remember them by heart. It's a good reminder for the next time you sit with Hapé and you need a revision of how to set your space up, a checklist of what you need, the different breaths, the steps of the ritual and the blessings.
