This blend uplifts and refreshes your energy, bringing you out of lethargy, snaps you out of anger, self pity, negative thinking and lack of motivation or energy. It releases and clears the old, the stagnant and the dense and bring in focus, alertness and expansiveness. This blend is very strong, and is suggested as an add on to other blends to strengthen their potency, and to help clear sinuses. It can absolutely be worked with on its own, however start small.
